Storms have passed, but we are left with lots of flooding. Plan to get to the low grounds behind our house today and see how high the James River level is. After the storm Toby and Reeder gathered wood from Irene storm damage that had been cut up and piled for removal. They spent an afternoon and we now have 3 truck loads for firewood for the winter. Just have to split and stack.
There is a two day horse show at Deep Run this weekend, and I will be working on our ring, for the “fun show” we are having for our boarders and Jill’s clients the end of September. Less than month before we get away for a week of beach fix in SC.
