We have the power back at 2:30 PM today. We were taking a break in the TV room and the TV was on. Edna, said you have it on the generator today, I replied I have not got to that yet, we have power! So ends our Irene experience. We have been very lucky, a few fences down and one skylight from barn roof was blown off, had all repaired by Monday.
I did enjoy camping in the motorhome at night; we had tv, lights, refrigeration, and no phone.
Edna and Jill are off to a horse show Friday, Woody, Baxter and I will have a very relaxing 2 days by our selves. All we have to do is return a generator that was loaned to Dale and Jill when theirs stopped working.
